Bourns semiconductor Class aR power fuse

Bourns POWrFuse high-power fuse product line is pleased to announce two new series of POWrFuse™ high-power fuse product families, which are high power rating industrial fuselinks designed to the UL 248-13 standard.

The new model PF-F and PF-M high-speed fuse series are specially designed to meet the UL 248-13 semiconductor (aR) standard to help protect sensitive power semiconductor devices against overcurrent events. These new series are intended for use in a variety of power inverters, converters, rectifiers, AD-DC drives, UPS systems and reduced voltage motor starters.
