Bourns CDSOT23-T24C-Q series automotive grade TVS diode

Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the model CDSOT23-T24C-Q surface mount TVS diode. This new model provides AEC-Q101 compliancy and automotive grade reliability as an enhancement to the standard model CDSOT23-T24C. This TVS diode is well suited for voltage transient and ESD protection in data lines and DC power supplies, as well as in applications that require high reliability such as portable electronics, power supplies and equipment used in certain harsh environments.
