Bourns CDSOD323-TxxC-DSLQ Series TVS Diodes

Bourns has announced two new AEX-Q101 compliant surge protection TVS diodes, the CDSOD323-T12C-DSLQ and CDSOD323-T24C-DSLQ series, for protecting high speed interfaces in automotive applications. The models are available in an SOD 323 package with bi-directional TVS for protecting communication lines. The low capacitance of 3 pF and low leakage current of 1 nA are well suited for use on high speed interfaces and sensitive lines.

The CDSOD323-TxxC-DSLQ series is designed to provide ±30 kV contact discharge ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 and surge protection per IEC 61000-4-5. The CDSOD323-TxxC-DSLQ series is designed to improve the reliability of automotive and industrial systems and robustness against damage from ESD and other transient voltage events.
