The Bourns CD-LAB11 TVS diode design kit contains AEC-Q101 compliant Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes for surge and ESD protection applications to provide design engineers with a variety of overvoltage protection and load dump protection solutions across a range of rated currents and voltages for quick-turn prototype testing. Bourns TVS diodes are ideal for overvoltage protection of DC and AC buses in power supplies, DC/DC converters, inverters, communication lines and I/O interfaces used in telecom, industrial, consumer and portable electronic applications.
