Aptiv HDK Series

The HDK series has the highest vibration resistance in the market. With up to 609 vibrations, this solution continues to have the uniform configuration of USCAR and AK standards.

HDK 1.2 sealed series

  • Validated to harsh environment profiles
  • AK 1.2 footprint interface (USCAR 120 short shroud)
  • Pre-staged CPA with SLS (Smart Locking System) technology
  • Optional strain relief allows to increase performance to 80G and operation in temperatures from -40°C up to +140°C


HDK 2.8 sealed series

  • High performance solution for the AK standard
  • Superior connection reliability
  • Validated to harsh environment profiles
  • Lateral secondary lock for terminal position assurance
  • Mechanical polarisation


HDK 1.2 terminals series

  • High vibration (up to 50G) high temperature (up to 150°C) terminal system
  • Unique high contact force terminal system for high vibration load
  • Two-piece contact body
  • 4 contact points
  • Ultrasonic welding compatible
  • High contact pressure by scratching
  • Pin motion control


HDK 2.8 terminals series

  • High vibration (up to 80G with silver) high temperature (up to +150°C) terminal system
  • Related movements are blocked thanks to the high contact pressure
  • Two-piece contact system
  • 4 contact points
  • Ultrasonic welding compatible
