ALPS ALPINE announces HSPPAD148A series digital pressure and temperature sensor with chlorine resistance
ALPS ALPINE’s HSPPAD148A is a compact 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 2.6mm digital interface pressure and temperature sensor designed as waterproof for water depth measurement system. The pressure is detected by MEMS sensor element using piezo resistive bridge circuit formed on the silicon diaphragm. The sensor element is connected to the ASIC for signal conditioning. The ASIC has 17-bit ADC and temperature compensation capability. In addition to the compensation, this product supports averaging and filtering for lower noise, and FIFO function. The interconnectivity is digital I2C interface.
