Panasonic hybrid capacitors

Panasonic Industry’s’ hybrid capacitors are suitable for high temperatures of up to +150°C and their service life is specified as 1000 hours. Over the entire temperature range, they maintain a stable and very low ESR value. In addition, the capacitors offer high dielectric strength from 25V to 80V and low leakage current of 0.01CV and 3µA, respectively. Their rated capacitance range is 10µF to 1000µF. Thanks to full AEC-Q200 qualification, Panasonics Hybrid Capacitor ensures high quality and reliability, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications, such as AC/DC converters, DC link capacitors for powering servo motor inverters in robotics and motor inverters in oil and water pumps or EPS units, actuators for exhaust systems and DC/DC converters in automotive transmission control units. A vibration-resistant version is also available for the entire voltage and capacitance range. All components are fully RoHS compliant.
