OMRON D6F-W MEMS flow sensor

The D6F-W MEMS flow sensor is available in three flow velocity versions (1 m³/s, 4 m³/s and 10 m³/s) and integrates OMRON’s patented dust segregation structure for high anti-dust performance. Using temperature compensation, it maintains high accuracy (approx. 5% FS) in extremely low flow velocity conditions. It keeps stable measurement performance in a wide range of temperature.

Applications of the D6F-W include clogged filter detection, flow volume monitoring and flow rate control in HVAC systems.
