Product Highlights:

  • A sealed, modular, high-density, on-demand solution: The CMC/CMX connector system offers a wide range of ready-to-use, cost-effective and validated solutions from one source. The wire-to-board and wire-to-wire sealed hybrid connector systems range from 22 to 154 circuit counts with signal, mid-power and power terminal sizes supplied for wire sections from 0.35 to 5.00mm² (ISO, TXL, FLRY types).
  • Field-proven robustness and performance: The vehicle of the future will face the same environmental challenges equal to or surpassing those of today – possibly even more severe. Our sealed IP6K7- and IP6K9K-rated products are specifically designed for harsh environments, such as temperatures ranging from -40° to +125°C and high vibration levels up to 25G with current ratings up to 21.0A.
  • Reliable, secure connections and mating: With any engine type, but especially with EVs and other next-generation vehicles, reliability is essential. The connector and terminal position assurance features provide extra assurance for a reliable connection. The CMC/CMX product family was also designed to meet strict mating force requirements. The lever and polarization features prevent mis-mating, reduce operator fatigue and make assembly easier.
  • Designed for tough global requirements: The CMC/CMX product family meets the B21 7050, LV214, NDS and USCAR-2 specifications. By addressing most severe requirements for the European, Asian and U.S. automotive markets, this connector system supports smooth transition and growth into new markets.
