The BMR351 is a non-isolated DC/DC converter with 1600W continuous power and with peak power capabilities up to 2320W in a standard quarter brick format. There are 2 versions available, one with an open deck baseplate with a total height of 14.7mm and another with a flat baseplate with a height of 14.2mm.
The product features an input of 40V to 60V and a fully regulated output of 12.2V, adjustable from 8V to 13.2V.
An innovative transformer-coupled non-isolated topology reduces component count and current stresses, and delivers efficiency levels of up to 97.8%.
The converter can be used in parallel operation, gaining higher power if required. This feature is supported by using passive Droop Load Sharing (DLS).
BMR351 is solution a popular IBC for users transitioning from a legacy AC to 12V input to a new AC to 48V bus with step-down 48V to 12V on a Power Distribution Board or Motherboard.
