Armor IPX - Sealed Enclosures for electronic control modules
Amphenol Sine Systems' Armor IPX™ family of sealed enclosures provides superior protection for printed circuit boards and electronic control modules in harsh environments and off-road applications. The series is available in two sizes, as well as three different material types: clear thermoplastic, black thermoplastic or Ultem® (transparent amber). Simplified installation is accomplished via a rugged tandem through-hole design for ease of mounting and includes optional environmental venting. The Armor IPX™ electrical interface is established with the compact AT/ATM header systems featuring optional keying and sealed 90° moulded pins. The snap-in headers quickly and securely attach to the Armor IPX™ enclosure and mate with standard AT/ATM Series™ plugs. Excel\|mate Plus connectors
The Excel\|mate Plus series is divided in two power alternatives. The 2 pole HVSL1200 is the most powerful and newest solution. Equipped with 12mm RADSOK contacts and wire ranges up to 95mm², it can reach currents up to 350A. If the HVSL1200 is over-specified for your application, the HVSL1000 is available for up to 250A with wire gauges from 25mm² to 70mm². Both types are rated to 1000V and are waterproof according to IP67/IP69K. High voltage interlock contacts in combination with a double secured locking system provide maximum safety for users. Excel\|mate S connectors
The Excel\|Mate S is a 2- and 3-pin connector with a current carrying capacity from 150A to 180A and 35mm² to 50mm². The HVSL100 version is specially designed for batteries, inverters, junction boxes, power distribution boxes. Like the Excel\|Mate Plus, the ExcelMate S is designed to meet the AK standards for various EV applications, and is compliant with LV215. It is waterproof up to IP69K and can be coded.
