The AWCCA-RX350300-101 from Abracon is a wireless charging receiver coil optimised for high-power 19V/20W operation. The coil is compatible with Semtech’s wireless charging receiver reference design (TSDMRX-19V/20W-EVM) to provide a complete wireless charging solution that delivers up to 20W of total power. The AWCCA-RX350300-101 enables faster charging times by delivering more power.

Wireless charging introduces the possibility to fully encapsulate a device, making it water tight, dust proof and eliminating exposed contacts that can corrode. Charging a battery with this solution simply requires placement of the coils in close proximity and alignment. Power couples inductively from the transmit coil to the receive coil through a narrow gap without galvanic contact.
