Kyocera AVX Releases Leadless Bidirectional ESD Suppression Diodes for High-Speed Circuit Protection, that utilize the latest in TVS Technology combined with a unique leadless package.
The new GiGuard Series diodes deliver clamping values below 12V & ultralow nominal capacitance values down to 0.3pF in low profile 0201 & 0402 packages, which helps to preserve the integrity of high-speed data & communication signals and protect sensitive ICs during ESD events.
