Human Rights
Avnet values and seeks to uphold basic human rights across all our operations and requires its supply-chain partners to adhere to the same standards.
We do not use or tolerate others’ use of forced labor or human trafficking practices, including the exploitation of children. Avnet will never knowingly do business with customers, suppliers, and other business partners that violate these principles. Read more in our Statement Against Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Reasonable working hours and fair wages are provided. All workers have the right to associate, assemble peaceably and communicate concerns with management without fear of discrimination or harassment. We recognize and respect the rights of all individuals regardless of race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or any other legally protected trait. Discrimination on those grounds is not tolerated. Explore our Global Human Rights Policy for additional information.
Avnet’s responsible sourcing approach integrates human rights and environmental risk assessments throughout our supply chain. More information available on our responsible sourcing page and in Avnet’s EMEA Declaration of Principles for Human Rights.
