Discover the new RA8 series MCU with Cortex-M85

Join Avnet Silica and Renesas for an interactive workshop, providing hands-on experience with the cutting-edge RA8 Series MCU, showcasing the powerful Arm Cortex-M85 architecture, industry’s first ARM Cortex-M85 based MCUs.

During the workshop, you will learn how to create your first project on the RA8 MCU using the Renesas Flexible Software Package (FSP). FSP is designed to provide easy-to-use, scalable, high-quality software for embedded system designs using the RA Family of Arm® MCUs. The software provides a quick and versatile way to build secure, connected IoT devices using production-ready drivers, industry leading RTOS, and other middleware stacks. In addition, we will demo a powerful but cost-effective way to add Low Power Bluetooth to the RA series MCUs.

Hardware Requirements

• Host PC with administrative rights with at least one USB port available
• Internet connection available during the hands-on to access lab files
