Topics
Precision Agriculture Powered by Drone Technologies (NXP)
17th February 2026 - 10:00 AM CET
Presenter: Franck Roux
This session explains how NXP technologies such as image processing, machine learning, real-time control, low-latency wireless communication, battery management and motor control can be combined to create advanced electronic modules for precision-agriculture drones. It also introduces the broader NXP ecosystem that includes operating systems, middleware and hardware partners, and features a demonstration video of NXP-enabled drone platforms.
Enabling Smart Agriculture with Wireless IoT (Nordic Semiconductor)
17th February 2026 - 11:00 AM CET
Presenter: Clay Hine
This session focuses on how wireless IoT can help meet the increasing global demand for food production, driven by population growth, environmental pressures and limited farmland. Nordic will show how efficient data collection, communication, analysis and automation can significantly enhance agricultural productivity, highlighting the essential role of wireless IoT technology in building smarter and more sustainable farming systems.
Real-Time Asset Tracking and Locationing Solutions for Smart Agriculture (Renesas)
17th February 2026 - 2:00 PM CET
Presenter: Jacob Reyes
This session explores how real-time asset tracking is transforming agricultural operations by improving efficiency, reducing equipment losses and enhancing livestock wellbeing. Examples include equipment utilisation, labour management and animal monitoring. The session also covers how Bluetooth Low Energy supports cost-effective, low-power solutions and outlines deployment considerations such as installation complexity, tag lifetime, tracking density and update rates.
Precise Positioning as a Key Enabler for Smart Agriculture (u-blox)
17th February 2026 - 3:00 PM CET
Presenter: Arnaud Le Lannic
This session examines how precise GNSS positioning accelerates the adoption of smart agriculture and transforms resource management, crop production and machine operation. u-blox will show how its GNSS solutions provide accurate, reliable and scalable positioning, supporting faster time-to-market, mass-market deployment and simplified system integration across agricultural machinery and infrastructure.
AI at the Edge Enabling Natural Language Control for Agricultural Machines (Avnet Silica and Tria)
18th February 2026 - 10:00 AM CET
Presenter: Cédric Vincent and Michael Uyttersprot
This session introduces how generative AI is transforming edge computing through a practical agricultural use case. It features a fully local speech-to-text, large language model and text-to-speech pipeline used to control a tractor HMI through natural language. The architecture and implementation running on the i.MX95 will be explained, followed by a recorded demonstration showing the system in action. Ideal for participants interested in AI, embedded systems or next-generation agricultural machinery.
Advancing Smart Agriculture with High-Precision GNSS Solutions (Quectel)
18th February 2026 - 11:00 AM CET
Presenter: Chang Xu
This session presents Quectel’s quad-band GNSS modules LG290P and LG680P, offering robust 2 cm RTK accuracy validated through field testing. The content covers RTKHOLD technology, which maintains centimetre-level accuracy even when correction signals are lost, as well as Galileo E6 HAS PPP performance. The LR700A GNSS base station will also be introduced, providing local correction via Zigbee in areas without RTK or cellular coverage.
ST GNSS in Precision Farming Applications (STMicroelectronics)
18th February 2026 - 12:00 PM CET
Presenter: Karim Ramsi
Explore the latest advancements in GNSS standalone ICs and modules with ST’s Teseo VI product family. These quad-band, multi-constellation receivers support IRNSS and Galileo E6, offering enhanced anti-jamming and anti-spoofing performance, precise PVT positioning, and both internal and external RTK processing for high-accuracy applications.
