The EliteSiC SPM 31 series are compact, high-efficiency 1200V SiC-based intelligent power modules designed for three-phase inverter motor drives. They integrate six EliteSiC MOSFETs, high- and low-side gate drivers, temperature sensing, and built-in protections in a single package. Offering current ratings from 40A to 70A, these IPMs deliver superior power density, fast switching, and reduced losses compared to IGBT solutions, enabling smaller board sizes, simplified design, and lower total system cost. Ideal for industrial and commercial applications such as HVAC systems, heat pumps, servo motors, robotics, and EC fans in AI data centers, the SPM 31 series ensures high reliability, improved thermal performance, and compliance with global safety standards.
