STM32C5 - Arm Cortex®-M33 core up to 144 MHz with FPU, MPU, and flexible NVIC
The STM32C5 Series is based on the high performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit core and operate at a frequency of up to 144 MHz.
The Cortex®-M33 core also implements a full set of digital signal processing (DSP) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that enhances the application security.
The devices embed high speed memories (up to 1 Mbyte Flash memory and 256 Kbytes SRAM), one Octo-SPI memory interface (for STM32C5Axxx product lines), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os, peripherals connected to three APB buses, three AHB buses, and a 32 bit multi AHB bus matrix.
