The ZynqBerry SoC Module from Trenz Electronic integrates the AMD Zynq™ XC7Z010-1CLG225C (Zynq-7000) SoC with 512 MB ECC DDR3L RAM and 16 MB flash. It’s designed in a Raspberry Pi 3–compatible form factor, offering 4× USB, Ethernet, a microSD slot, HAT-header I/O, HDMI, and camera (CSI-2) connectivity.
