STM32MP13 microprocessor series from single Arm® Cortex®-A7 up to dual Arm® Cortex®-A7 and Cortex®-M4 cores runs from 650 MHz up to 1 GHz, and can include dual Ethernet, and LCD parallel interface

STM32MP13 includes 3 different lines, which are pin-to-pin compatible and come with different peripherals. Each line offers a security option (cryptography and secure boot). A general-purpose microprocessor portfolio enabling easy development for a broad range of applications, the STM32MP13 line has the ability to support multiple and flexible applications, achieving the best performance and power figures at any time.

STM32MP13 microprocessor is available in three different lines. They all come with a security option (cryptography and secure boot): 

  • STM32MP131: Single Cortex-A7 core up to 1Ghz, with a single Ethernet port
  • STM32MP133: Single Cortex-A7 core up to 1Ghz, with a CAN-FD interface and dual Ethernet ports
  • STM32MP135: Single Cortex-A7 core up to 1Ghz, with a dedicated LCD-TFT parallel display interface, a 16-bit parallel camera and dual Ethernet ports

The STM32MP1 series has been designed to meet the increasing demand for security in Industry 4.0, smart city and smart home applications. Beyond security, the series helps efficiently reduce energy consumption and cost.

The STM32MP1 extensive ecosystem offers many benefits. Developers can leverage OpenSTLinux, an open-source Linux distribution package, as well as the STM32Cube firmware. In addition, developers can access to a wide range of ST tools and ST partner resources, get local support and use global distribution channels.

STM32MP135F-DK - Discovery kit with STM32MP135F MPU

The STM32MP135 Discovery kit (STM32MP135F-DK) leverages the capabilities of the 1 GHz STM32MP135 microprocessors to allow users to easily develop applications using STM32 MPU OpenSTLinux Distribution software.

It includes an ST-LINK embedded debug tool, LEDs, push-buttons, two 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet (RMII) connectors, one USB Type-C® connector, four USB Host Type-A connectors, and one microSD™ connector.

To expand the functionality of the STM32MP135 Discovery kit, one GPIO expansion connector is also available for third-party shields.

Additionally, the STM32MP135 Discovery kit features an LCD display with a touch panel, Wi‑Fi® and Bluetooth® Low Energy capability, and a 2-megapixel CMOS camera module.

It also provides secure boot and cryptography features.
