Otava DC-40 GHz Wideband Switch, Reduced Footprint

The OTSW101 is a wideband SPDT RF switch that works from DC to 40 GHz frequency range.

The switch features low insertion loss, high isolation, fast switching time and high linearity all the way up to 40 GHz, making it ideal to be utilized in application platforms such as wireless infrastructure, aerospace & defense, satellite communication, instrumentation and automotive.

OTSW101’s small form factor offers advantages in space constrained applications such as millimeter wave phased arrays.

Evaluation Board for the Otava OTSW101 Switch

This evaluation board is designed to test the performance of the Otava OTSW101 switch. Three RF ports are built with 2.4mm compression mount connectors and the control I/O are accessible through a header connector.
