Multiphase VCCINT Power Delivery for AMD's Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC based on onsemi Solution

The AMD Automotive XA Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC family is qualified according to AEC-Q100 test specifications with full ISO 26262 ASIL C level certification. This diagram shows use of the NCV81276 multiphase buck controller with up to four FDMF5833_F085 Dr.MOS smart power stages, allowing for easy current scalability. Dynamic Phase Management is also possible for optimal efficiency by tracking variable load currents.
