The VOMHA43AT is an AEC-Q102 qualified automotive high-speed optocoupler designed for reliable signal isolation in automotive, industrial, building automation, and telecom applications. Featuring a compact SOP-5 package with a narrow 3.6 mm body width, the device helps reduce PCB space requirements while supporting high-density and stackable designs.
The optocoupler delivers industry-leading performance with a guaranteed minimum common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 40 kV/µs and a maximum repetitive peak isolation voltage of 707 Vpeak. This combination enables robust operation in electrically noisy environments, improving signal integrity and supporting isolation requirements in 400 V battery systems, CAN, LIN, I²C, and SPI communication interfaces.
Built with a GaAlAs infrared LED, integrated photodetector, and high-speed transistor output, the VOMHA43AT provides fast, dependable signal transmission.
