Joining forces at Avnet
Avnet’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee-led groups aligned with Avnet’s strategic objectives, vision, and values. Each ERG has an executive sponsor. In support of our core value of inclusiveness, Avnet ERGs are open to all employees globally, providing various opportunities to learn, engage and contribute to productive conversations and efforts. These groups foster networking, collaboration, professional development, exposure to leaders and a sense of belonging and community through engaging with colleagues.
