Vishay Intertechnology introduces four new series of 3000 W PAR® and TRANSZORB® TVS diodes in the advanced DFN6546A package, delivering robust transient protection in a compact, low‑profile design. Available in both unidirectional and bidirectional versions, these devices provide excellent clamping capability up to 137 V, making them ideal for safeguarding sensitive electronics in industrial and automotive environments.
The T3KNxxA and T3KNxxCA series are AEC‑Q101 qualified for automotive use and support high‑temperature operation up to +185 °C, while the 3KDFNxxA and 3KDFNxxCA series meet stringent industrial reliability standards. Their optimized construction, with higher copper content and larger die size, enables superior power dissipation and enhanced performance.
Housed in the DFN6546A package, the devices offer significant space savings, with a lower profile and reduced volume compared to traditional solutions. Wettable flanks enable automatic optical inspection (AOI), simplifying manufacturing and eliminating the need for X‑ray inspection, while ensuring high assembly quality and reliability.
