The SiRS4614EPW-T1-RE3 is a high-performance 60 V N-channel TrenchFET® Gen IV power MOSFET from Vishay Siliconix, designed to maximize efficiency in demanding power conversion and motor drive applications. Featuring ultra-low on-resistance and a low RDS(on) × Qg figure of merit, the device helps reduce both conduction and switching losses, enabling higher power density and improved system efficiency.

Housed in the compact PowerPAK® SO-8SW package, the MOSFET offers excellent thermal performance, high current capability, and enhanced power dissipation. Additional features such as 100% Rg and UIS testing and wettable-flank package technology support robust operation and simplified manufacturing.

The SiRS4614EPW-T1-RE3 is ideal for DC/DC converters, synchronous rectification, power supplies, battery management systems, hot-swap/OR-ing circuits, and motor control applications, where high efficiency, reliability, and compact size are critical design requirements.
