Vishay Intertechnology introduces new 200 V, 400 V, and 600 V standard rectifiers, the industry’s first in the compact, low-profile DFN6546A Power DFN package with wettable flanks. With current ratings from 5 A to 12 A and a typical height of only 0.88 mm, they enable space-efficient, high-performance power designs.
Advanced construction and die placement provide improved thermal performance and surge current capability up to 320 A. Low forward voltage down to 0.77 V helps reduce power losses, while wettable flanks enable automatic optical inspection (AOI). AEC-Q101 qualified versions are available for automotive designs.
Ideal for power line polarity protection and rail-to-rail protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
