The TRIA SM2S‑IQ615 module family features Qualcomm’s Dragonwing IQ‑615 with 8 ARM cores (2×A76 + 6×A55), an Adreno 612 GPU for strong performance and efficiency, and the Hexagon V66 DSP for powerful, cost‑effective ML. It offers advanced security including Secure Boot, TrustZone, TEE and hardware KeyStore. The module integrates low‑power LPDDR4 and up to 256GB eMMC, plus interfaces like dual GbE, PCIe Gen2, USB 2.0/3.1, DP 1.4, MIPI‑DSI, LVDS and up to three MIPI‑CSI2 cameras. Fully SMARC 2.2 compliant, it supports easy integration and includes a development platform, starter kit and Yocto‑based BSP.
