The TRIA OSM‑LF‑IMX95 is a Size‑L OSM 1.2 module designed for fully automated, low‑cost production. It features NXP i.MX95 with up to six Cortex‑A55 cores, Cortex‑M7/M33 real‑time processors, Mali GPU, 4K VPU, EdgeLock security, plus NXP’s eIQ Neutron NPU and ISP for advanced edge AI. The module integrates fast LPDDR5 with inline ECC and up to 256GB eMMC. High‑speed interfaces include SerDes up to 10GbE, dual RGMII, USB 3.0, PCIe Gen3, plus CAN‑FD, dual‑channel LVDS, MIPI‑DSI and MIPI‑CSI for camera connectivity.
