The Toshiba DCL341L0B and DCL341H0B are quad-channel digital isolators designed for industrial and consumer applications. The devices support data transmission up to 25 Mbps while consuming 0.18mA per channel.
They provide 3000Vrms isolation, 30kV/µs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), and operate across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
The isolators are suitable for applications including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and SPI-based communication interfaces.
