NXP Semiconductors TJA1410 and TJF1410 10BASE-T1S PMD Transceivers

Robust, efficient connectivity for multi-drop Automotive and Industrial Ethernet

NXP Semiconductors TJA1410 and TJF1410 10BASE-T1S image

The TJA1410 and TJF1410 10BASE-T1S Physical Medium Dependent (PMD) transceivers expand NXP’s portfolio for multi-drop Ethernet networking.
Engineered for strong EMC performance in demanding environments, these devices support communication through a 3-pin Open Alliance (OA) TC14–TC10 remote wake up standardized interface over the Ethernet data line. Developed to meet modern automotive safety and reliability standards, the TJA1410 is designed in accordance with ISO 26262 ASIL B for system functional safety. The TJF1410 is fully compatible with Power-over-Data-Line (PoDL) implementations, enabling broader deployment across industrial Ethernet applications.

With a compact footprint and low quiescent current, these devices optimize power consumption during idle modes, delivering a robust, efficient solution for next-generation automotive and industrial Ethernet architectures.
