The PF09 power management integrated circuit (PMIC) is engineered to unlock the full performance of i.MX 95 based systems.

This 9-channel PMIC with five high efficiency buck converters and four precision linear regulators delivers reliable power to processors, memory, and key system peripherals—while maintaining ultralow quiescent current for standout energy efficiency in standby and low power off modes.

The PF09 is built to meet the demanding requirements of ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 functional safety standards. It integrates advanced safety mechanisms—including failsafe outputs and built in self test capabilities—to simplify system safety architecture and accelerate certification. These robust features enable designs targeting ASIL D in automotive systems and SIL 2 in industrial environments.
