MCX A18: Essential mainstream Arm® Cortex® M33 MCU with 240MHz and Motor Control peripherals
The MCX A18 family of microcontrollers is designed for high-performance motor control applications with advanced integration features. The MCX A185 and MCX A186 devices operate at speeds up to 240 MHz, offering up to 1 MB of Flash and 256 KB of RAM. The MCX A185 and MCX A186 microcontrollers include peripherals optimized for motor control. MCX A18 MCUs integrate two FlexPWM modules with four submodules, AOI support and up to two ADCs. A rich set of serial interfaces and SmartDMA enable efficient, high‑performance data handling. The MCX A18 devices are fully supported by the MCUXpresso Developer Experience, which provides a comprehensive suite of tools and resources to simplify development and accelerate time-to-market.
