The IS32FL3105 is an 18×2 matrix LED driver supporting up to 12 RGB nodes, with up to 60mA per LED channel, 16-bit PWM dithering, and 6-bit DC current scaling for calibrated dimming and color control. The device communicates through LumiBus™ using either integrated CAN-PHY variants or UART variants for use with an external CAN transceiver, and supports direct address pin assignment for up to 25 devices or LAA addressing for up to 254 devices. Integrated PWM spread spectrum, controlled output transitions, and 180-degree odd/even channel phase delay help reduce switching-related EMI and input-current ripple, while FBO/DCFB control enables automatic adjustment of an external DC/DC converter’s VLED output to minimize LED driver headroom and improve system efficiency.
