Wide Lambertian Radiation in new compact package
With the development of the new SYNIOS™ E0808 family, ams OSRAM offers high efficacy, wide Lambertian radiation pattern in a compact 0.8mm x 0.8 mm package, allowing cost competitive, high resolution or thin display solutions. The package level conversion enables homogeneous color appearance, avoiding yellow halo effect.

- Dedicated phosphor solutions (green peaks) :
- 540 nm – 85% NTSC (KW EKUQ61.KD)
- 529 nm – 110% NTSC (KW EKUQ61.HD)
- Efficacy: 112 lm/W @15mA (with 85% board reflectivity)
- High reliability following the AEC Q102 qualification
- Best fit for homogeneous displays with secondary optics
