Infineon Technologies entry-level CoolSiC™ kit

Kit for testing functionalities of CoolSiC™

Entry-level CoolSiC™ evaluation kit gives you an easy entry point for verifying save and fast switching of CoolSiC™. It includes an active Miller clamp and high current functionalities in half-bridge configuration.
Both 650V and 1200V SiC MOSFETs are included and need to be soldered to the board dependent on the use case.
 

Key elements of this Evaluation board EVAL-1ED3122MC12H-SiC are:

• Ready-to-use for CoolSiC MOSFETs in half-bridge configuration
• Evaluation of CoolSiC® MOSFETs 650 V or 1200V
• Optimized isolated Gate Drivers on Board incl. isolated power supply to provide the required voltages

• Single channel galvanic isolated 10A Gate Driver for IGBTs, Si and SiC MOSFETs
• 2300 V functional offset voltage capable for selected applications
• High common-mode transient immunity CMTI > 200 kV/µs
• Certification: V_DE 0884-11 with V_IORM = 1767 V_(peak) (pending) and UL 1577 with V_ISO = 5.7 kV (rms) for 1 min
