XDL605/06 - AEC-Q100 qualified 36V synchronous buck Micro DC/DC converter with integrated inductor

The XDL605/06 is a 36V 600mA PWM synchronous step-down Micro DC/DC with integrated Coil.

The input voltage range is 3.0V to 36V and the internal P-Ch High Side Switch ensures low voltage operation with 100% max duty ratio. Output voltages can be set externally between 1.8V to 5.0V (accuracy ±1.5%). The switching frequency is 2.2MHz and the operating ambient temperature range is -40°C ~ 105°C.

The XDL605/06 includes a fold-back type current limit circuit and the IC will automatically resume normal operation as soon as the over-current condition disappears. Thermal shutdown, power good, integral soft-start and a built-in UVLO function are also included.

The XDL605/06 is readily available in a small DFN3625-11B package which has Wettable flanks.
