Intelligent Power Switches from STMicroelectonics

STMicroelectronics' range of Intelligent Power Switches combines the power stage with control, diagnostic, and protection features on a single chip. They are highly integrated and designed to drive various types of loads in demanding applications, thanks to ST's VIPower™ technology. 

With enhanced diagnostics, automated fault recovery and low RDS(on) for higher system efficiency and reduced energy loss, ST's Intelligent Power Switches are a 'go-to' for many power engineers. 

The switches are fully compliant with IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 specifications for ESD, fast-transient burst and surge, achieving high EMC immunity.
