ASPM26 is an intelligent power module that is automotive qualified for 800V aux motor driving. It includes the gate driver and enables a optimized thermal path with 5kV electrical insolation while keeping a small footprint to be compact and fulfill the creepage requirements. ASPM26 Family Target Applications
THE ASPM26 series targets HV auxiliary inverters (found in newer 800V battery EV platforms or heavy hybrids) as the ASPM26 integrates 1200V rated IGBTs and gate drivers. These modules are rated up to 60A and fulfill motor drive requirements, such as: low-cost solution, robustness, long lifetime and EMI compliance. The use of the module fulfills system decisions factors such as system size reduction and increasing efficiency.
