Get Started, Go Deep with the Motor Development Kit (MDK)

22 Apr 2021 - 22 Apr 2021

online

Motor-driven systems are a foundational element of industrial facilities and processes. Motor drives increase the need for better efficiency, smaller size, and higher intelligence – which is a daunting design challenge. ON Semiconductor and Xilinx’s Motor Development Kit (MDK) jump-starts your design with quick start-up out of the box and powerful resources and tools to implement your application-specific functions and AI.

This webinar will introduce the MDK and walk through the design journey, showing the features that enable robust motor control and monitoring. Our partner, Xilinx, will join us to discuss control, algorithm, and programming.

Key takeaways

  • What is the motor development kit, and how it can speed your design process.
  • How to use the built-in GUI tools to test motor drive power electronics from ON Semiconductor.
  • How Xilinx FPGAs enable intelligent motor control for safety and reliability.
