Topics

NXP - Electrification in light and heavy vehicles

May 23rd - 10:35 CEST

Commercial vehicles follow the trend of passenger cars with batteries moving from 400V to 800V. Also, functional safety requirement varies for scooter & motorcycle and for e-bike. NXP support the full range of BEV systems with scalable microcontrollers and tailored advanced analog product.

Committed to sustainable mobility and renewable power grids, NXP offers BMS solutions including the complete chipset, software and functional safety documentation. With our reference designs, we accelerate our customer development and enable the latest BMS innovations for automotive and industrial applications.

Also, we will dive into NXP Innovation on new CAN SIC and Secure CAN transceivers to help engineers designing more robust, secure and functional vehicle networks that can enhance the driving experience.

Renesas - xEV Motor Control & Inverter for CAV application

May 23rd - 11:30 CEST

Detailed introduction of 3 different Renesas turnkey solutions of low voltage inverter and inductive sensing for LEV, 2/3 wheeler and CAV application, suitable for 12V,24V and 48V systems.

onsemi - Reliable Connectivity solution for LEVs & CAVs

May 23rd - 15:00 CEST

A closer look into Wired connectivity and BLE dedicated to the transportation applications. In this Webinar we will have a look at onsemi solutions for BLE connectivity and standard IVN (In-Vehicle Network) and, more in details, about how new technologies like 10BASE-T1S Ethernet (IEEE® Std 802.3cg) that offers a bandwidth of 10Mbit/s over a single pair physical layer. 10BASE-T1S is the fitting solution for the new approach of network architecture, it helps to makes subsystems easier to expand for different platform's vehicle levels

onsemi - How to design a efficient light electric vehicle system

May 24th - 10:35 CEST

We will look into the fast-growing market of 24V and 48V light vehicle drives and their specific demands. Starting with a system overview and a brief look into each block, we will then start with 24V systems.

Introducing our extremely low ohmic 40V T10 Family of MOSFET’s enabling compact designs due to low losses. Looking then into the performance of a 48V 25kW Demonstrator with onsemi’s high power APM17M product. General topics like Battery monitoring and other system components will be looked into briefly as well.

Another aspect is the use of standard automotive traction modules in the leisure vehicle market – here we can support with out SSDC IGBT portfolio as well.

Renesas - Instrument Cluster CAV application

May 24th - 11:30 CEST

Detailed introduction of 3 different Renesas digital Instrument clusters, low end and price sensitivity based on MCU up to professional full graphic, haptic and infotainment cluster based on SOC.

NXP - Processing in light and heavy vehicles

May 24th - 15:00 CEST

An overview of where you might find NXP’s unique microcontrollers and microprocessors concentrating on system design of vehicles. You learn about the concept of zonal and domain architecture for vehicles, where functions are grouped by proximity. We will present the NXP products that play a role in this new vehicle architecture concept.

We will also cover the multiple options our customers have in term of graphical libraries and HMI design tools, starting from open source LVGL and NXP GUI guider tool.

STMicroelectronics - Applications and solutions in small electric vehicles

May 25th - 10:35 CEST

Electrification is not only a megatrend in the Automotive industry, but it pervades the fragmented market of e-bikes as well, scooters, golfcarts and forklifts. In this session the most common applications and matching solutions from ST will be presented, including battery management, traction inverter, wireless connectivity, vehicle tracking, and motion sensing.
