After 16 years as Engi Manger at Philips Semiconductors North America, Costica Dima decided to join to Avnet Silica in 2002, holding diverse positions.

Since 2006, Costica has been focusing on RFID & Security Technology and since 2019 he represents Avnet Silica in the European Cyber Security Organisation in Brussel. As a security specialist, Costica supports Avnet Silica’s customers for implementation of security into customer systems according to the new EU-Commission regulations / laws.
