NXP TJA1044GT(K)/3 – HS-CAN transceiver for CAN-FD up to 5Mbps with VIO support and standby mode
TJA1044GT(K)/3 is the latest addition to NXP’s Mantis CAN transceiver family. It is the first product featuring the new 1.8µs WUP filter, required for CAN FD operation at German OEMs from 2023. Mantis products comply with all automotive industry requirements for HS-CAN, including the new requirements for CAN-FD communication at 2Mbps and 5Mbps.

TJA1044 and TJA1057 Mantis variants (T, GT, GT/3) are the recommended 8-pin HS-CAN transceivers for 12V applications. TJA1042 and TJA1051 remain the recommended transceivers for 24V applications.
