Nexperia’s 65 W AC-DC Turn-key charger reference design leverages the latest Power ICs for Synchronous Rectification (SR), Quasi-Resonant (QR) Flyback converters, and USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD). This design achieves state-of-the-art efficiency and performance, thanks to the innovative 650 V e-mode Gallium Nitride (GaN) FET.
