XC9711 - 60V 1A Low IQ Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter, Topr≤125ºC
The XC9711 is a 60V 1A Low IQ Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converter with operating temperature of 125ºC making it ideal for industrial applications. A stable and efficient power supply circuit can be configured and can support large step-down ratios, including direct conversion to 3.3V, and feature low-noise operation through a selectable F-PWM/PWM-PFM mode control.
The XC9711 can operate from 4.5V~60.0V and deliver loads up to 1A. It’s designed for very high efficiencies even at low output loads and has an ultra low quiescent current of only 9µA.
Output voltage is selectable within a wide range of 2.5V~18.0V.
