The RA6W1 System on Chip delivers next-generation connectivity for IoT devices with dual-band Wi-Fi 6, ensuring fast, reliable performance even in congested environments. Powered by a high-performance Arm Cortex-M33 core running at 160 MHz and supported by 704 KB of SRAM, it offers the processing capability and memory needed for demanding applications. Its Matter certification guarantees compliance with the latest IoT standards, providing future-proof compatibility.

Designed for ultra-low power consumption, the RA6W1 enables extended battery life and instant responsiveness through advanced sleep modes, making it ideal for energy-efficient and battery-operated devices. Robust security features, including AES-256 encryption, secure boot, and XiP with on-the-fly decryption, safeguard data integrity and confidentiality. Combined with a wide range of integrated interfaces, the RA6W1 is a versatile, secure, and high-performance solution for building innovative IoT products.
