The VSC8574RT is a radiation-tolerant, low-power, quad-port Gigabit Ethernet transceiver. It supports four dual-media copper/fiber ports with SGMII and QSGMII MAC interfaces. Recovered clock outputs and an integrated IEEE 1588 network timing and synchronization timing packet engine enable the VSC8574RT device to meet the demands of applications requiring highly precise timing without adding unnecessary complexity or increased cost to the design.

The VSC8574RT withstands harsh aerospace environments with enhanced radiation performance and high reliability in extreme temperatures and vacuums.
