ARX383CS VGA global shutter image sensor

The ARX383CS functions as a 1/8-inch 0.3-megapixel VGA CMOS digital image sensor, possessing an active-pixel array measuring 640 x 480. It employs a pioneering global shutter pixel configuration that's been fine-tuned to excel at swiftly and precisely capturing dynamic scenes. Noteworthy attributes encompass superior global shutter efficiency, a compact form factor around 4 mm x 3.5 mm in CSP packaging, energy frugality (merely 80 mW at 120 fps for a 640 x 480 resolution), and an impressive high frame rate of 120 frames per second (fps) at the maximum resolution.

Ultrasonic sensor - NCV75215

The NCV75215 is intended to operate with a piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer to provide time-of-flight measurement. The high-sensitivity, low-noise operation allows detection from 0.25 m up to 4.5 m for a standard 75 mm pole. The device drives the ultrasonic transducer with a programmable frequency via a transformer.
