Smart Sensing & Control contains all the building blocks needed for IoT based applications. Smart Systems consist of smart sensors, microcontrollers and communication technologies to analyze complex situations, make decisions autonomously on the information received, or/and send it to a cloud.  A smart sensor connects the physical world and sends gathered data via wired or wireless link. A microcontroller processes the information and acts based on the results.
