This solution revolves around the REF-DAB11KIZSICSYS board, a highly versatile DC-DC stage with a wide-range output capability. It incorporates two inductors and two capacitors arranged in a CLLC resonant network that enables bi-directional power flow. This converter has been meticulously engineered for exceptional power conversion efficiency, with a symmetrical CLLC resonant network that facilitates zero-voltage switching for primary power switches and synchronous-rectification commutation for secondary-side output rectifiers. It boasts the ability to change the direction of power flow, achieving a remarkable maximum power conversion efficiency of approximately 97.2% during operation without synchronous-rectification.
